Biography

  ray电竞官网教授、博士生导师,国家科技奖励评审专家,山东省杰出青年基金获得者。长期从事与国防应用密切相关的光电功能晶体材料、新型器件及应用等方面的研究工作。先后主持科技部卡脖子项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、山东省重大科技创新工程项目等省部级以上课题10余项。先后在《Science Advances》、《Advanced Materials》、《Advanced Functional Materials》、PNAS等杂志上发表SCI论文100余篇,获得授权发明专利70余项,部分专利实现成果转让。获得教育部高等学校雷竞技网页版下载优秀成果自然科学二等奖(2012)。
