Liu Jianya extended warm congratulations and sincere blessings to the Class of 2025 on behalf of the university, commending their outstanding achievements over the past four years under the guidance of the university motto-- “noble in spirit, endless in knowledge”. In his farewell address, he put forward three pieces of advice to graduates: First, apply the principles and expertise gained from the collaborative courses to real-world practice. Second, uphold your aspirations with “noble virtue” —align personal ideals with the grand endeavors of national development and rejuvenation. Third, navigate the world with the spirit of “harmony in diversity”, serving as a bridge for cross-cultural dialogue to foster mutual understanding and contributing to the shared prosperity of humanity.
Professor Kiaran Kirk looked back on the four-year academic journey with the students, highly praising and affirming the students’ focus, determination, camaraderie, and resilience in facing change during their studies at JSC. He noted that education is the foundation for building the future, encouraged them to carry the curiosity, expertise, and broad vision cultivated at the college to achieve personal success, benefit others, serve the community, and make the world a better place. He looked forward to meeting them again on the global stage in the future.

Lv Guangshi, Executive Dean, JSC offered his congratulations to the graduating class of 2025 on behalf of the college. He also thanked all the teachers and parents who had worked tirelessly to nurture the students. Using the inspiring stories of three distinguished alumni—former President Pan Chengdong, Academician Xue Qikun, and Academician Wang Xiaoyun—as examples, he offered three expectations to the graduates: first, to let their original intentions guide their path; second, to forge their abilities through practical work; and third, to approach their mission with a sense of responsibility. He urged the graduates to always maintain their pursuit of knowledge and dreams, to face challenges courageously, and to embrace every opportunity and challenge ahead.

Zack Avery, the representative of ANU faculty, and Bai Ming, the representative of the SDU faculty, Vice Dean, JSC delivered speeches respectively. Zack Avery expressed pride in the students growth and progress over the past four years in their professional fields, wishing them to continue challenging themselves and realizing their life value. Bai Ming spoke approvingly of the students' transformations in grasping knowledge, mindset, and life choices during their undergraduate study. He hoped them not to rush for immediate gains, not to fear exploring the unknown, and not to be concerned with others' judgments. Instead, he encouraged them to focus on personal growth and cultivate their own life brilliance over time.

Shaoyi Bo, 2021 cohort mathematics and applied mathematics major student, spoke on behalf of the graduates. He reflected on his four years of study, expressing gratitude for the international platform provided by the college, the academic guidance of the teachers, and the care of the counselors. He also conveyed his deep appreciation for the camaraderie with his classmates and his best wishes for the future. Current student representative, Chen Meihan, 2022 cohort mathematics and applied mathematics major student, thanked the senior students for their support and help, offering them sincere blessings and expressing a determination to follow their example, continue striving, and contribute to the development of the college.

The winners of My Favourite Teacher Elected by Graduating Students in 2025, and Excellent graduates of SDU in 2025 were awarded with prizes. The ceremony also presented appointment letters to the 2025 alumni council members of the SDU-ANU joint science college.

In the end, the singing in chorus of Shandong University Song brought the curtain down on the graduation ceremony.
