Check the information of Visa / Stay Permit / Residence Permit Application Form 核查《外国人签证证件申请表》信息 (1) Check if your personal information is correct 个人信息是否正确 (2) Sign your name and write down the application date on the Visa / Stay Permit / Residence Permit Application Form 外国人签证证件申请表上需签字并填写申请时间 (3) Attach one passport size photo to the application form 在外国人签证证件申请表上贴一张照片 3. Other notes 其他注意事项 (1) It takes about two weeks to process the Resident Permit. 正常办理居留许可及延期手续约须两周左右。 (2) The visa fees that are required to be paid at the Exit-Entry Administration of Weihai Municipal Public Security Bureau are 400RMB for less than 1 year, 800RMB for one year to three years. 出入境管理局申请居留许可需缴纳证件费，不满一年400元/人/次，一年（含）至三年800元/人/次。 (3) Please bear in mind the period of validity of your Residence Permit/Visa and prepare for extension one month before the expiration date. 请牢记你的居留许可/签证有效期，并在到期前一个月准备办理延期手续。 (4) Please bear in mind the period of validity of your passport, and consult the embassy how long it will take to apply for a new passport six months before the expiration date, to prevent the expiration of the passport from affecting the processing of Residence Permit/Visa. 请牢记你的护照有效期，并在护照到期前6个月咨询大使馆申请新护照所需时间，防止护照到期影响居留许可/签证的办理。 |
